Everyone is capable of change, age is irrelevant. Treatment is integrative and tailored for your individual needs. Some treatment methods I use are person directed, cognitive behavioral, family systems, and solution focused.
I have experience with loss and grief, anxiety, depression and trauma related stress. I have worked to help individuals improve coping skills, boundaries, gender issues, and school/work stressors to name a few. I work with adults of all ages on an individual basis.
